Who we are
From field to table since 1963
Brothers Jacob and Claus Brejnholt Jacobsen jointly run Torup Bakkegård and Orelund in Sandager, north of Assens. Here we grow a wide range of premium vegetables for customers all over Denmark — asparagus, strawberries, potatoes, cabbage, onions, lettuce, peas and sweetcorn. Today we are one of Denmark's largest and leading producers of green and white asparagus.
